I'm delighted to welcome you to Diva Dance Online! As a PMS-ing woman, mom, step-mom, and... "part-time wife," I know that even with an endless "to-do list," we all want to feel happier, healthier, sexier and be a powerful force for our families and our communities.

But how can we find ways to be happier, healthier, sexier when we have so many other things to do?

Discovering answers for this question and empowering women to find practical and fun ways to create a happier and healthier lifestyle are the main purposes of this website.

In the dictionary, Diva is defined as "Divine" and Divine means "Powerful." Power, at its core, is energy – a force able to make change.

So, any changes we want to achieve in our lives – our bodies, our relationships, our careers… we need energy! We need to find ways to unleash our power.

When I moved from Brazil to Fargo (Yes! You read it right…from the tropical country of Brazil to the frozen tundra of Fargo, North Dakota!), in the journey to find the power I needed to overcome one of the hardest moments of my life, I developed Diva Dance - an empowering experience that uses Latin and fun dance moves as a practical way to Energize your Body, Empower your Mind and Express your Soul.

Now, more than ever, I believe our world needs passionate, healthy and powerful people. People that have an abundance of energy to Dance their Own Dance and make a positive impact in the lives of others.

PS: I want to make it clear that although I am a psychotherapist and author, I am not writing as one, (I believe we are not dogs so we don't need any sort of pedigree. LOL).
